Description:

The bin compound is located outside the main entrance at the southern end of the station.

Artist/s Statement:

This work was inspired by imaginative drawings by local students who will shape the future of Wellard. Two art students from the nearby Safety Bay Senior High School were closely involved in the design process, with the masquerade-style mask coming directly from their drawings. This piece can be clearly viewed by Perth bound passengers as the train pulls into the station.
