Feedback and complaints

You can provide us with verbal feedback via our InfoLine or online feedback via this website.

 

Verbal feedback - (Western Australia only)

Call our InfoLine (13 62 13) to provide us with feedback (complaints, commendations, suggestions, general comments) relating to the PTA and our public transport services.

This number can also be contacted to report damage to PTA property and suggestions for improvements.

If you wish to make a specific comment about an incident on one of our services, please include:

  • Route number
  • Direction of travel
  • Date and time of incident

Online feedback

To submit your feedback online, please fill in the PTA online feedback form.

Please note that email should not be used to report emergencies and this service may in peak periods take up to 48 hours for a response. We respectfully request you provide your correspondence in a clear and concise manner in order for us to expedite our response to you.

We will not respond to any feedback containing sexist, racist, abusive or any other anti-social comments.
