Vacation Student Program

 

Our Vacation Student Program is designed for tertiary students in their penultimate year of study who want to make a difference while gaining valuable on-the-job experience. The paid program provides the opportunity to learn practical skills alongside experienced and skilled team members.

Our program runs from November to February each year and has been awarded one of the top intern programs in Australia for seven years running by the Australian Association of Graduate Employers.

How to apply

The recruitment process for both programs is identical and typically includes:

Apply

Complete the application form and upload an electronic copy of your current resume and academic transcripts for all relevant qualifications.

02

Online testing

If you meet the requirements, you may be invited to complete online testing to help assess your suitablility for the role.

03

Interview

If shortlisted, you get the opportunity to learn more about the program and meet your potential graduate coordinator and supervisor. Followed by reference checks.

04

Outcome

Emails are sent to all applicants notifying them of the outcome of the process.

05

Pre-employment checks

Including a medical assessment to verify physical fitness to perform position duties and provision of national police clearance.

For the Graduate Program this stage occurs after your offer is made.

06

Offer

Successful candidates receive an offer letter.

For the Graduate Program, this offer is subject to pre-employment checks.
