How your complaints are handled
We strive to resolve all complaints within 10 working days
- The Chief Procurement Officer will acknowledge receipt of your complaint
- Your complaint will be assessed and you will be notified of the outcome by the Chief Procurement Officer
- If your complaint cannot be investigated and resolved within 10 working days, the Chief Procurement Officer will advise you on the estimated time frame for completing the investigation
- Once the investigation is complete, you will be informed of the findings and any further action that results
If you are unhappy with the response you receive, you can make a formal complaint to the Department of Finance (who oversee all WA Government Procurement) via the Finance Feedback Management System. The Department of Finance may then undertake an independent review of your complaint.
