The PTA strives to provide the highest level of public transport services to our community. Complaints, commendations, suggestions and general comments can be made the online feedback form below or by phone to our InfoLine (13 62 13).
If your feedback relates to misconduct, please refer to our Report Misconduct page. A misconduct report should be submitted if you believe a PTA employee may be abusing their authority as a public officer for personal gain, causes detriment to another person, or acts contrary to the public interest.
