Regional Town Services Customer Satisfaction Survey

A Regional Town Services Customer Satisfaction survey was recently conducted. The survey was designed to gather key information regarding the quality of the current services, identify areas for improvement and ensure the service continues to meet needs of local communities in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible.

Thank you to all the passengers who completed a survey form. Unfortunately, the response rate from the towns involved was low and as a result, we are unable to publish any results.

Thank you for your time and interest in this project.
