Increased parking at Armadale Station

Parking will double at Armadale Station this week.

PTA Managing Director Mark Burgess said an additional 135 parking bays had been added at Armadale.

“The new parking area is located on the Green Avenue side of the station,” Mr Burgess said.

“In addition to the bays, works also included new lighting and landscaping.

“The increased capacity will make finding a parking spot a little easier for public transport users.”

Following completion of the new car park, the lock ’n’ ride parking arrangements on the Commerce Avenue side of the station have been reinstated.
