Getting to the Graham (Polly) Farmer state funeral

WA football legend Graham (Polly) Farmer will be honoured with a state funeral at Optus Stadium on Monday August 26, and Transperth is urging attendees to plan their journey ahead.

Armadale-Thornlie Line trains, in both directions, will stop at Perth Stadium Station between 9am and 2.30pm on the day.

Direct trains to Perth Stadium Station will also depart frequently from platform 6 at Perth Station.

There will be no special event bus services.

Those planning to attend should check the Transperth website and plan their journey, specially if this is their first visit to Optus Stadium.

The funeral service will begin at 11am.
