Harmony in Motion

Liam Dee

Title: Harmony in Motion

Artist/s: Liam Dee

Year: 2025

Site: Stirling Station

Location Detail: Artwork is applied to bridge piers and building at northern end of the platform.

Medium: Exterior paint.

Description:

This multi-panel work brings Stirlng's natural identity to life through the lens of modern pop surrealism. Inspired by coastal wetlands like Herdsman Lake and Careinup Garden, water flows through each panel of the piece as a symbol of calm motion and connection. These scenes blend elements of native wildlife with miniature humans, reflecting the marmony shared between the coommunity and the natural world.

The PTA acknowledges Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognises  the continuing connection to lands, waters and communities. We pay our respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past and present.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are advised that this site may contain images or names of people who are deceased.
