What do you need?
To be successful in a railcar driver position, you will need basic mechanical or technical ability with literacy and numeracy skills. You must be a good communicator, with proven customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Training requirements
Successful applicants are required to successfully complete a
27- week paid training period, as well as on-the-job training as a trainee
railcar driver. You will attain a Certificate IV in Train Driving (Urban
Electric) at the end of your training.
