The Grand Parade

Location Details: On capping of low wall on southern side of the station forecourt.

Description:

The brick garden walls create a long seating height plinth for a small series of sculptural works. The works representing the flora and fauna, both native and introduced, are simplified and cast in coloured terrazzo to appeal to an audience of all ages. The sculptures reference the display of the animals, plants and flowers and handicrafts exhibited in the annual Kelmscott Agricultural Show.
