Fires disrupt bus services

Transperth train operations are not affected by the fires in several Perth suburbs, but some bus services around Roleystone have been disrupted.

Route numbers 241 (between Kelmscott Station and Roleystone) and 240 (between Kelmscott Station and Clifton Hills) have been cancelled because of various road closures and the burning down of the Buckingham Bridge.

The 240F is still shuttling students between the station and Kelmscott SHS but the 241 deviations to Roleystone SHS are not running.

The 7.25am 739 school special from Roleystone to Marys Mount Primary has also been cancelled because of road closures.

These arrangements will be reviewed as more information comes to hand and as roads are reopened.
