Bike locker relocation/removal April - June 2004

The Public Transport Authority has completed relocations of station platform bike lockers to station car parks as part of tightened security measures across the Perth train network. 

Bike lockers were relocated to station car parks at the following train stations:

  • Ashfield
  • Bayswater
  • Claremont
  • Cottesloe
  • Daglish
  • East Guildford
  • Edgewater
  • Fremantle
  • Glendalough
  • Guildford
  • Karrakatta
  • Kenwick
  • Maddington
  • Meltham
  • Mosman Park
  • Mount Lawley
  • North Fremantle
  • Oats Street
  • Queens Park
  • Victoria Park
  • Welshpool
  • West Leederville

Bike lockers at Joondalup will also be moved shortly to the car park area as a part of this project.

Due to the absence of station car parks, bike lockers were removed at the following stations:

  • Leederville
  • Success Hill
  • West Midland

Cyclists are asked to use U rails where available or bike lockers at adjacent stations.

The Public Transport Authority apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
