Description:

The Graphite Crew worked with local youth at the Swan City Youth Service to develop four panels which now stand on Platforms 3 and 4. The works encourage a visit to the Swan City Youth Service which offers a range of activities and services.

Artist/s Statement:

After talking with staff at the Swan City Youth Service and getting a feel for what they do and the services they offer, we thought it would be appropriate to promote the centre, given the perfect opportunity being that the boards to be painted would be displayed on the main platform. A colour scheme and final wording was agreed, then a youth night was held at the centre with some local youths helping complete the work.
