Perth Train Station - changes to station access Mid February 2005

From mid-February 2005, the Public Transport Authority will be undertaking work to support the introduction of the SmartRider ticketing system.

SmartRider will be a quicker, easier, more flexible and secure ticketing system that will help you get the most out of your Transperth fare and will replace the current MultiRider system.

This work will be staged and involves the creation of controlled entry points to the station through the installation of fare gates.

Work is due for completion in mid-2005.

For more information, call the Transperth Infoline on 13 62 13.
