Suspension of train services Sunday 11 January 2004

Transperth advises that train services on all metropolitan lines will be suspended from 8.45am until 12.30pm on Sunday 11 January 2004 due to an authorised meeting of train drivers.

Rail replacement bus services 707 (Armadale Line), 404 (Joondalup Line), 606 (Fremantle Line) and 505 (Midland Line) will pick up commuters at the red rail replacement stops near train stations while services are suspended.

Last train services on Sunday morning are:

· to Armadale will leave Perth Station at 8.30am;
· to Perth will leave Armadale Station at 8.46am;

· to Currambine will leave Perth at 8.45am;
· to Perth will leave Currambine at 9.11am;

· to Fremantle will leave Perth at 8.45am;
· to Perth will leave Fremantle at 9.00 am;

· to Midland will leave Perth at 9.00am; and,
· to Perth will leave Midland at 9.00am.

Normal train services are expected to resume from 12.30pm on Sunday 11 January 2004.

Train services will resume as follows:

· to Armadale will leave Perth Station at 12.30pm;
· to Perth will leave Armadale Station at 1.16pm;

· to Currambine will leave Perth at 12.35pm;
· to Perth will leave Currambine at 12.58pm;

· to Fremantle will leave Perth at 12.30pm;
· to Perth will leave Fremantle at 12.55pm;

· to Midland will leave Perth at 12.30pm; and,
· to Perth will leave Midland at 1.00pm.


The journey will take longer so please allow extra travelling time.

Surfboards and bicycles are not permitted on Transperth buses.
