Fremanle Line Disruptions - 5 January 2004 to 9 January 2004

Disruptions to Fremantle Line evening train services between Fremantle Station and Showgrounds 5 January 2004 – 9 January 2004

Transperth wishes to advise that evening services on the Fremantle Line will be disrupted between Fremantle Station and Showgrounds from 8.00pm Monday 5 January 2004 until 4.30am Friday 9 January 2004, due to rail improvement works.

During this period, train services between Fremantle Station and Showgrounds will be replaced by a bus service from 7.43pm to 4.30am, Monday to Friday.

Friday night train services will NOT be affected.

Last through services during this period are:
Perth Station to Fremantle departs 7.00pm
Fremantle to Perth departs 7.31pm

Train services outside this time will NOT be affected.

Rail replacement bus service 606 will pick up commuters at the red rail replacement stops near train stations between Fremantle Station and Showgrounds.

All services will stop at Loch and Grant Street stations during this period.

To meet train connections, buses will depart Fremantle Station 16 minutes before scheduled train departures.

Please note that surfboards and bicycles are not permitted on Transperth buses.

The journey will take longer so please allow extra travelling time.

Normal train services will resume after 4.30am Friday 9 January 2004.
