PTA people at a glance

The PTA employed 1470 people as at June 30.
The first phase of onePTA, the employee-generated program launched in 2010, targeted systems and processes.
Performance reviews, development planning, recruitment and employee access to information were all streamlined.
A dedicated Learning Management System was established.
Mandatory online training modules were deployed.
IT systems were consolidated to ensure consistent safety training and track access permits.
The cooperative arrangement with Sevenoaks College continued to provide work experience placements for indigenous and socially-disadvantaged youth.
The PTA also engages with the Public Sector Commission and Rocky Bay Employment Service to employ people with disabilities.
