In order to break down barriers between young people and Transit Officers, Right Track initiated the Reward Card program in 2016. This program provides Transit Officers the opportunity to have positive interactions with young people using the public transport system correctly. 

Small bi-fold Reward Cards are handed out for a defined time period, a couple of times a year by Transit Officers to young people exhibiting good behaviour. This helps to develop positive relationships based on mutual respect and serves to open positive communication channels between youth and Transit Officers. 

Rewarding and reinforcing positive behaviour is an important part of the Right Track program, as well as educating about appropriate behaviours expected on the network.

Young people who receive a card are entered into a draw to win one of ten double movie passes.
