Procurement packages

This project has stimulated a lot of interest in the local business community. As the main contractor, Salini-Impregilo NRW Joint Venture manages the procurement packages.

Buy Local Policy

Buy Local is a Government initiative that encourages interest of local industry. The Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation administers this Policy. 

A Buy Local Policy applies to the main Design and Construct Contract.

Aboriginal business engagement

A business case for the project that sets targets for Aboriginal business involvement in the construction works associated with the Forrestfield-Airport Link has been endorsed.

The main contractor is responsible for meeting these targets as part of their contracted agreement with PTA.
