Train services back to normal

Train services returned to normal this afternoon as railcar drivers returned to the job after a stop-work meeting of members of the Rail, Bus and Tram Union.

Guarded optimism over train negotiations

Despite significant progress in EBA (enterprise bargaining agreement) negotiations this week, the Public Transport Authority cannot rule out the possibility of tomorrow afternoon’s stop-work meeting by Transperth train drivers extending into peak hour.

Drivers’ meeting to stop trains on Friday

Train services on all metropolitan lines will be halted from about 11am to about 4pm on Friday for a stop-work meeting of the members of the Australian Rail, Tram and Bus Industry Union.
